The School of Education offers an add on licensure track focused on young children: Birth through Kindergarten. The Birth-Kindergarten add-on licensure program is committed to preparing early childhood professionals with skills to teach infants/toddlers, preschoolers, and kindergarteners with and without disabilities and coordinate community-based, inclusive services for young children and their families. Program strengths include a strong family-centered, inclusive, and interdisciplinary conceptual base. All coursework and field experiences incorporate the above dimensions.
